Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or billing details on our servers.

Content you upload: We collect and temporarily store the product images you upload in order to process them and generate outputs. Your uploaded images and generated outputs are stored in your account.

Usage data: We collect information about how you use the platform, including pages visited, features used, credit consumption, and session duration. This helps us improve the service.

Device and technical data: We may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system for security and performance monitoring purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process and deliver your AI-generated image outputs
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send you transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing)
• Improve and develop the Flareyo platform
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats

We will only send you marketing or promotional emails if you have opted in to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

Service providers: We share data with trusted third-party providers who help us operate Flareyo, including:

• Supabase — database and file storage infrastructure
• Stripe — payment processing
• fal.ai — AI image generation models
• Render — platform hosting and delivery

These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only to provide services to us and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests from public authorities.

Business transfers: If Flareyo is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Your Uploaded Images and Generated Outputs

Images you upload are used solely to generate your requested outputs. We do not use your uploaded product photos or generated images to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Your generated outputs are stored in your account and accessible to you at any time. Deleting your account will result in the permanent deletion of your uploaded images and generated outputs from our systems.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (such as billing records, which we retain for up to 7 years).

6. Cookies and Tracking

Flareyo uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with the platform. These help us improve features and performance.

You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling essential cookies may affect your ability to use certain features of Flareyo.
